Hello, P.S. 83 Families!

My name is Jenny Cardena, and I am your Parent Coordinator here at P.S. 83 Luis Munoz Rivera. I am here to be your bridge between home and school — whether you have a question, a concern, or just need help finding the right resource, my door is always open.

As your Parent Coordinator, I can help you:

• Understand your child’s academic progress and connect you with the right staff member
• Navigate school policies, enrollment, and records
• Find community resources including food, housing, health, and social services
• Register for workshops and family learning events
• Resolve concerns or communicate with teachers and administration
• Connect with the PTA and other ways to get involved at P.S. 83
